Expert HR knowledge & professionalism helps award-winning company protect their business
Our client
Protech Roofing is an award-winning specialist commercial roofing contractor providing comprehensive roofing services throughout the North of England. With a workforce of over 20 employees, the company's reputation has grown alongside their list of leading industry accreditations.
Their need
Not having the necessary knowledge and skills in-house, cHRysos HR were personally recommended to Protech when they needed to create an employment contract for a new Business Development Manager.
Our solution
It was important for Protech that the individual contract was developed to their bespoke needs and they specifically did not want an ‘off the shelf’ solution. We felt that it was important to work closely with the Managing Director, David MacLean to ensure that the contract met his requirements. Discussions between David and cHRysos HR also helped the company understand the background legislation which impacted on the varying aspects of the contract.
Their outcome
Protech now have a contract which they feel meets the needs of the business and better protects its interests. The contract clearly lays out the terms and conditions of employment which are understood by both the company and employee.
Managing Director David MacLean said that he felt happier that the business was now protected by a bespoke contract and that the new employee was happy too as he knows exactly what is expected of him and how and when his bonuses will be paid. He added:
"[They were] very knowledgeable and professional and worked with me to provide the company with an employment contract which was clear and fair for both parties; and most importantly meets the business need.
[They were] very easy to work with. I felt in good hands and confident that I was getting the best HR advice to protect the business.
I am very satisfied and grateful for the service provided, and I would without hesitation use Chrysos HR Solutions for any other HR requirements I may need in the future."
