Everything is Good at cHRysos HR Say Ofsted Inspectors
After undergoing our Ofsted inspection last month (August 2021), we are thrilled to finally announce that cHRysos HR were judged GOOD in overall effectiveness and in all judgement areas:
- The quality of education: Good
- Behaviour and attitudes: Good
- Personal development: Good
- Leadership and management: Good
- Apprenticeships: Good

This is our first full Ofsted Inspection, since becoming an apprenticeship provider in 2017/8 and it has been an incredible journey so far. We have worked closely with a diverse range of amazing businesses throughout this time, towards one unified goal: to develop and support all our fabulous apprentices, at all levels, to achieve their ambitions within the HR and Learning and Development profession. It is important to be judged by Ofsted that we are doing this well.
We would like to say a huge thank you to all our learners, employers and other stakeholders who took the time out of their busy working and personal lives to share their views with the Ofsted inspectors. Your feedback helps us to reflect continually to ensure our practice keeps improving.
Speaking of the Ofsted investigation, our Managing Director, Sheila Moore said; " I am immensely proud of the whole of the cHRysos HR team and every single one of our apprentices who have worked so hard to achieve their goals, during such unprecedented times.
The past months have been both challenging and rewarding. We have successfully embedded online learning to ensure we could continue to provide high quality learning and support to all our learners during the pandemic and introduced a brand-new suite of programmes, via a new and exciting delivery model.
We are looking forward to the year ahead and working with our learners: both existing and new. We are confident we will emerge stronger following the difficulties we have all shared over the last 18 months."
