cHRysos HR receives successful outcome from OFSTED monitoring visit
As part of the 2017 apprenticeship levy, all newly funded providers of apprenticeship training will undergo OFSTED Monitoring Visits. On the 11th-12th June, an OFSTED inspector visited us here at cHRysos HR, for the first time, to determine whether we are meeting all the requirements of a successful new apprenticeship provider. We are delighted to announce the results!
During the Monitoring Visit, it was found that cHRysos HR has made 'reasonable progress' in all three areas under inspection. We are thrilled with the result! Our report states that "Senior leaders have implemented a clear strategy for apprenticeships that builds on the company’s considerable background and expertise in human resources. Staff work closely with employers to ensure that programmes are challenging and that apprentices develop substantial new knowledge, skills and behaviours."
Director of cHRysos HR, Julie Gordon, said: "Since we began delivering apprenticeship training programmes in 2017, we've been engaging with employers and apprentices, listening to their feedback and putting things in place to give apprentices a great learning experience, and add value to the businesses they work within. This outcome from our first OFSTED visit means we are well on our way."
