Bake-off comes to cHRysos HR!
Learning is fun at cHRysos HR! Our latest cohort of CIPD students studying the Foundation Certificate/Diploma in Learning and Development recently participated in the skills assessment for their qualification – they were asked to design, deliver and evaluate a learning session.
Our L&D students often get creative when asked to do this and this time, Fiona Leggott treated her fellow students and members of the cHRysos HR team to a lesson in how to decorate cupcakes. You can see the fun that was had by all in the photos and of course, how well they performed!!
Members of the cHRysos HR team are often invited to sit in on the learning sessions being delivered by our Foundation learners, to 
give students the experience of delivering to different kinds of audience. Janice Hepworth, our Finance Manager who was asked to be part of the audience for Fiona’s presentation remarked: “It's been an interesting day! I was asked if I would participate in Fiona’s presentation for her CIPD Foundation qualification. I didn't know what I was letting myself in for, but we ended up decorating cupcakes!
Great fun!
